Barley is an upright annual grass that has a relatively short maturity. Salinity tolerance is good, and is relatively drought tolerant. It does not tolerate much flooding. It has a relatively shallow fibrous root system. It is relatively early maturity as compared to other spring cereals.

Good potential. Not great regrowth.

Very good tonnes and quality. Choose smooth awned varieties.
